    We want you and your little ones to be over the moon with your Moosh-Moosh plush pals. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your Moosh-Moosh friend for a full refund, minus any shipping charges. If more than 30 days have passed, we're sorry but we can't accept any returns or exchanges.

    To make sure your Moosh-Moosh is ready for a new home, please ensure it is unused, in the same cuddly condition you received it, and snuggled up in its original packaging.

    To help us process your return as quickly as possible, kindly provide either your order number or email address used during checkout. 

    💖 Refunds 💖

    Once we welcome your Moosh-Moosh back home and check it out, we'll send you an email to let you know it has arrived. We'll also inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined. If your refund is approved, it'll be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.

    🌟 Late or Missing Refunds 🌟

    If you're waiting for a refund and it hasn't shown up yet, please double-check your bank account. If it's still not there, contact your credit card company, as it might take a little while for your refund to be officially posted. Next, reach out to your bank since processing times can vary. If you've done all of this and your refund is still missing, please drop us a line at mooshmoosh@mmgbrands.com.

    If your Moosh-Moosh buddy arrives with any defects or damages, we'll happily exchange it for a brand new one! Just send us an email with a photo of the issue at mooshmoosh@mmgbrands.com.

    Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on where you live. If you're sending back a Moosh-Moosh valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.
